The Position
We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic General Manager to join our award-winning pub group. You’ll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver warm, memorable guest experiences while running a high-performing, quality pub.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a General Manager in a busy, quality pub or restaurant
A warm, welcoming personality with a hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
A passion for hospitality and strong knowledge of food and beverage
Ambition to grow and develop within an award-winning pub group
A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs
