Job Description Who we are looking for We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in custody operations and a proven ability to support BAU tasks independently. Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with experience in process documentation and escalation handling. What you will be responsible for As an Associate 2, you will: Independently manage daily BAU tasks and ensure timely execution. Identify and escalate operational issues to appropriate Manager. Contribute to SOP and job aid creation and updates. Assist in reporting and analytics preparation for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational improvements. What we value Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Italian would be an added advantage. Proven ability to manage BAU tasks and escalate issues appropriately. Experience in drafting SOPs and job aids. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Education & Preferred Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in financial services or custody operations. Prior experience in documentation and operational support. Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working form the office Minimum Salary: zł68,004 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
