The candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable cycle and general accounting activities, contributing to the periodic closing processes, tax compliance, and reporting to the parent company as well as performing all Controlling activities including reporting and month's end closing according to the local GAAP of the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland). You will be located to our Kardex Business Service office newly established office near Parque das Nações / Oriente in Lisbon as an option. Your tasks Financial Management & Controlling Take ownership of Finance processes, from accounting activities and month-end closing to reporting, analysis and forecasting. Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance and effective financial controls. Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. Analyze financial performance, identify deviations and recommend actions to improve results. Business Partnering Act as a trusted Finance partner to managers across the Nordic organization. Provide financial insights and support business decisions. Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and help translate financial data into business actions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across countries and functions. Transformation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate Finance processes. Contribute to ERP implementations and Finance system improvements. Explore digital solutions, including automation and AI-based tools, to improve efficiency and quality. Help shape the future Nordic Finance operating model with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation. Your profile A university degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field. Profund experience within finance, controlling, accounting or financial business partnering within a Nordic country. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance management. Solid accounting knowledge, including financial closing, reconciliations and reporting. Experience working in a broad Finance role with end-to-end process responsibility. Experience working with ERP systems (S4Hana would be a plus) and modern Finance tools. Fluency in Swedish or Danish and English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel regularly within the Nordic region.
