Printing, processing, and matching invoices Keying payments and journal entries into SAP system Review vendor statements as received. Pull out and scan invoices and support for AP payment run. Enter purchase requisition info in the budget tracker based on GL code and update approved requisitions and PO’s invoiced. Calculating and verifying accuracy of vendor transactions Resolving A/P issues with vendors and internal staff Proper allocation of charges Answer and direct incoming calls, greet and direct visitors, and distribute incoming mail. Maintain and update vendor records Perform other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ years’ experience in a similar role Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Multi-Tasking and prioritizing abilities Excellent problem-solving techniques Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact with all levels of employees and supplies Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly Experience with an MRP system (preferably SAP) is an asset Previous experience operating a busy environment is an asset Ability to interact with all levels of employees in the organization, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, engineers, etc To learn more about Multimatic, check out our youtube channel - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psOjJIh3t90 If you are interested in this position, apply by sending us your cover letter and resume.
