About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress B, you support the senior service team and ensure the restaurant's all-day service runs flawlessly. You maintain a refined, friendly presence while handling guest requests, preparing tables, delivering dishes, and ensuring every detail reflects our luxury-lifestyle identity.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist Waiter/Waitress A in delivering elevated service.
- Prepare and maintain table settings and service areas before, during, and after service.
- Deliver dishes and beverages professionally and promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer warm, intuitive assistance.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and consistency with SOPs.
- Work in accordance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
- Ensure proper sequence of service and support Waiter A with menu knowledge, allergen
- awareness, and guest requests.
- Monitor table readiness and assist with guest seating when required.
- Support the team during peak hours to maintain premium service levels.
Requirements
- Experience in premium hospitality environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong upselling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for service.
- Excellent English, additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
