Farmers Insurance is looking for motivated Agents in Training to join our agencies located throughout Long Beach. This is a sales-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and working toward goals.
You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching while developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
What You'll Do
Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up
Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Build long-term client relationships and identify additional sales opportunities
Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
Work toward individual and agency sales goals
Participate in ongoing sales and insurance training
What We're Looking For
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Confident communicating over the phone and starting conversations
Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
Persistent and able to handle rejection
Coachable and open to feedback
Organized with strong follow-up skills
California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
