Job Title: Associate Specialist - AI Architect Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 11+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Associate Specialist - AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI governance, with a proven track record of translating business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the AI architecture strategy aligned with business and technology objectives. Design end-to-end AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platforms leveraging cloud-native technologies. Lead solution design across data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps. Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, orchestration tools, and cloud AI services. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, conversational AI, and knowledge management solutions. Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI principles. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, engineers, and enterprise architects to deliver innovative solutions. Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development and AI engineering teams. Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for AI initiatives. Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technology evaluations. Support proposal development, client discussions, and solution presentations for AI-led transformations. Required Skills & Qualifications 11+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to AI/ML solution architecture. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models. Strong understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks. Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps practices, model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and AI observability. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of data engineering concepts, data lakes, distributed processing, APIs, and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, explainability, and ethical AI practices. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent architectures. Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms. Experience in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects. AI-related certifications from Microsoft, AWS, Google, or equivalent platforms. Experience leading architecture reviews and enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
