Job Responsibilities:** * Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including CNC machines, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and material handling equipment. * Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools. * Execute repairs, rebuilds, and replacements of components, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. * Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures or areas for improvement. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment modifications and process improvements. * Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work performed, track parts usage, and manage work orders. * Adhere to all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout. * Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance best practices and equipment operation. * Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. Job Qualifications:** * Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering . * Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems (up to 480V), including PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), VFDs, and motor controls. * Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision machinery. * Ability to read and interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. * Familiarity with various types of sensors, actuators, and control devices. * Experience with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka) is highly desirable. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed. * Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various manufacturing environments. * Forklift and aerial lift certification preferred.
