Job Summary Summary: Responsable de supervisar las operaciones de almacén, incluyendo recepción, almacenamiento, control de inventarios, surtido y embarques, asegurando la disponibilidad de materiales, precisión de inventario y cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad. Principales Responsabilidades: Supervisar las actividades de recibo, almacenamiento, surtido y embarque de materiales y producto terminado. Asegurar la exactitud de órdenes, inventarios y registros de almacén. Realizar y supervisar inspecciones de calidad en materiales recibidos. Mantener niveles óptimos de inventario para soportar la operación. Ejecutar conteos cíclicos e inventarios físicos periódicos. Controlar el uso y mantenimiento de equipos de almacén. Garantizar el orden, limpieza y seguridad del almacén. Coordinar con Producción, Planeación, Compras y Logística el flujo de materiales. Impulsar mejoras continuas en procesos y productividad del almacén. Requerimientos: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o afín. 3+ años de experiencia en almacén, logística o control de inventarios. Experiencia liderando personal. Conocimiento de inventarios, conteos cíclicos y manejo de materiales. Manejo de ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE o similar) y Microsoft Excel avanzado. Conocimientos de seguridad y operaciones de almacén. Habilidades de liderazgo, organización y solución de problemas. Disponibilidad para rotar turnos (T1 T2 & T3) Inglés intermedio (deseable).
