The Database Officer will be responsible for gathering information and maintenance of database for listings and local research publications and internal use of the company. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.
- Support the office services team in preparing presentations for clients.
- Supports the head of the market analyst team in preparing research publications about the local real estate office market
- Gather information and maintain databases for local research publications and internal use
- Produce high quality research in a timely and effective manner for internal and external clients
- Conduct market interviews, qualitative and quantitative research on the file when needed, including quarterly field works
- Respond to queries of clients regarding the available office space listings
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Graduate of Economics/Business Management or other related courses;
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
- Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Preferably with a working knowledge of data and statistical software packages
