Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversight and coordination of Medilaw’s accounts and future accounts.
- Manage and nurture client relationships incorporating contract management; contract renewal, customer retention and business growth.
- Overall responsibility for developing strategy and managing relationships with assigned customers including contract management and key internal and external stakeholder liaison.
- Manage client concerns or complaints ensuring a consistent approach to resolutions and outcomes.
- Ensure that operational delivery matches contracted requirements.
- Lead a national strategy to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Client relationship management/business development management or related position.
- Understanding of IME/ Medico Legal Services.
- Experience preparing and submitting tenders.
- Experience in marketing health services.
- Degree or higher qualifications.
- 5 years’ experience in Health, Financial or Service industry.
