CEO APAC.

ENGINEERING
Founded in Switzerland in 1968, Zühlke is owned by its partners and located across Europe and Asia. We are a global transformation partner, with engineering and innovation in our DNA. We're trusted to help clients envision and build their businesses for the future – to run smarter today while adapting for tomorrow’s markets, customers, and communities. Our multidisciplinary teams specialise in tech strategy and business innovation, digital solutions and applications, and device and systems engineering. We excel in complex, regulated spaces including health and finance, connecting strategy, tech implementation, and operational services to help clients become more effective, resilient businesses. If you share our values and want to do the best work, for the right reasons, we can offer you the chance to do it on a global scale and play a real role in shaping our exciting journey. Responsibilities We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded CEO to lead the APAC Region. This is a broad leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the performance, growth and development of the APAC region. 1. The CEO will have full accountability for the performance of the APAC region. Key responsibilities include: · Own and deliver the regional P&L, setting revenue and profitability targets across countries and ensuring delivery against Zuhlke Group financial expectations. · Manage the regional cost structure and investment priorities, balancing growth opportunities with sustainable profitability. · Establish clear financial and performance expectations across the Regional Leadership Team and hold individual leaders accountable for their contribution to the overall regional P&L. · Identify opportunities to improve business performance, scalability and operational effectiveness across the region. 2. The CEO will translate the broader Zuhlke Group strategy into a clear and actionable regional growth agenda. · Translate Group strategy into an APAC-specific business plan, defining market priorities, growth opportunities and investment choices across the region. · Identify where the region has the greatest potential to grow and establish clear priorities for capturing those opportunities. · Define client segmentation, market focus and regional growth initiatives across Singapore and Hong Kong, and other markets within the region. · Assess the existing business model and identify opportunities to strengthen or evolve the organisation as it scales. 3. The CEO will have overall accountability for the commercial and sales strategy of the region. · Define and drive the regional commercial strategy, ensuring a clear link between market opportunities, sales priorities and the overall growth ambition. · Review the existing sales and commercial approach and refine, accelerate or redesign it where required. · Strengthen pipeline development, client acquisition and expansion of existing strategic relationships. · Build and maintain relationships with key clients and senior external stakeholders across the region. · Remain personally involved in strategically important commercial opportunities, including supporting the team in key client meetings and negotiations where senior sponsorship can make a difference. · Strengthen the organisation’s market positioning and oversee the local evolution of the brand and value proposition to better resonate with clients in individual markets. 4. The CEO will lead a diverse Regional Leadership Team. · Build a high-performing and collaborative Regional Leadership Team with shared accountability for the success of the region. · Coach and develop individual leaders, enabling them to take on greater responsibility as the business scales. · Establish clear expectations, accountability and a strong performance culture. · Take a hands-on approach to leadership, working alongside and supporting the team where required. 5. As the senior leader for the APAC region, the CEO will act as the key interface between the region and the wider Zuhlke Group. · Represent APAC within relevant Group governance and leadership forums. · Ensure regional strategy, investments and priorities remain aligned with the Group’s strategic and financial objectives. · Provide clear and transparent reporting on regional performance, commercial progress, opportunities and risks. · Ensure effective governance, decision-making and accountability across countries and functions. Key Priorities – First 12 Months · Establish strong P&L ownership and accountability across the region. · Review and shape the regional growth and commercial strategy, translating Group ambitions into clear regional priorities. · Strengthen commercial execution, market positioning and client development. · Work with the Regional Leadership Team and prepare the organisation for its next stage of growth. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be an ambitious, commercially driven and entrepreneurial business leader with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They are likely to bring: · Significant senior leadership experience within technology services, consulting, IT services or a comparable B2B professional services environment. · Proven track record of growing a business unit or country operation. · Deep client-facing experience at C-level, with demonstrable success in building long-term strategic relationships. · Strong executive presence and credibility with senior internal stakeholders, clients and external partners. · Experience leading a business, region, country or significant P&L, with meaningful commercial and financial accountability. · Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue growth, cost management and profitability. · Demonstrable experience across sales, business development, client acquisition and strategic account management. · A track record of translating strategy into tangible business growth and commercial outcomes. · Experience leading and developing diverse senior leadership teams, including individuals at different stages of leadership maturity. · A high level of ambition and drive, continuously looking for opportunities to improve performance and take the business further. · Strong resilience and persistence, with the determination to pursue opportunities and maintain momentum when results require sustained effort. · A genuinely hands-on leadership style — comfortable moving between strategic discussions and direct involvement with the business, clients and team. · The willingness to coach and actively support developing leaders, including stepping into key client conversations or commercial situations when required. · The ability to create high standards and accountability while building the capability and confidence of the team to operate increasingly independently. · Experience operating effectively within an international, matrixed organisation, balancing entrepreneurial thinking with Group-level governance and alignment. · Strong understanding of regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector).
