Job Description: Huntsman Global Business Services (GBS) KL is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and self-driven intern to support our Continuous Improvement (CI), Voice of Customer (VOC), data analytics, and automation initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns and opportunities, transforming information into meaningful insights, and communicating those insights through compelling visualizations. We are looking for someone who is curious, willing to challenge themselves and comfortable learning new technologies. What You’ll Do Support the setup, rollout, monitoring, and analysis of Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys, using Microsoft Forms and other Microsoft tools. Analyze survey and operational data to identify trends, insights, improvement opportunities, and areas requiring further investigation. Transform complex data into clear, engaging, and executive-friendly dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CI and Automation Week activities, collaborating with teams in Kuala Lumpur, Poland, and Costa Rica. Work closely with the CI team to track participation, consolidate feedback, analyze results, and communicate key findings. Use Generative AI and digital tools to explore new ways of analyzing information, automating activities, developing dashboards, and improving business reporting. Contribute to CI and automation documentation, reporting, knowledge sharing, and project tracking. Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor and/or leaders What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to turn data into clear insights and appealing visualizations. Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently. Curious, proactive, and willing to learn. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Passion for Continuous Improvement, automation, AI, and digital transformation. Collaborative and comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams. Minimum Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Forms) Knowledge with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants Interest or experience in using AI-assisted tools to develop interactive HTML-based dashboards, business reports, survey analytics, performance metrics, and data visualizations. Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, data visualization, process improvement methodologies, or automation technologies is a strong advantage. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment. Strong command of English (spoken and written). Able to commit to the full six-month internship.
