You will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers. You will be also participating in technology fairs and events. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing technical knowledge and expertise, Supporting the business teams in the development and defining Bill of Materials (BOM), Interacting with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy, Delivering training and workshops for our customers, Continuously learning on the latest technologies (you will obtain vendor’s certifications!). What We Are Looking For: 3-5 years of relevant experience as a presales engineer Fluent in Portuguese and English Knowledge and/or experience with NetApp's products, Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills, Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology, Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload, A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new and different challenges, be the best in what you learn!
