What You Will Do As a Customer Service Representative with German, you will be responsible for supporting customers and internal stakeholders throughout the entire order lifecycle. Your Responsibilities Will Include Managing the order-to-invoice process Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone Providing after-sales support to business customers Managing customer orders and maintaining order accuracy Monitoring and handling backlog alerts and requested backlog changes Supporting customer reserved inventory management Cooperating closely with Sales, Assets, and Logistics teams Driving on-time delivery performance in line with customer and company goals Building customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving Contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement This role follows standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with working hours of either 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00. We operate in a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week spent in our Gdańsk office. To ensure a smooth onboarding experience and support your learning and development, the first three months are office-based.
