Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Typically requires 15+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Deep knowledge of Ethernet networking technologies, architectures, and standards, including IEEE 802.3, Single Pair Ethernet (SPE), TSN, MACsec, and Ethernet PHY solutions.
Broad understanding of semiconductor product development, system architectures, networking applications, and market requirements.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex technical and business trade-offs involving architecture, performance, cost, reliability, safety, security, and scalability.
Recognized technical authority with a demonstrated record of influencing product direction, business decisions, and cross-functional strategies.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and customers.
Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities with experience developing technical talent and organizational expertise.
