Performance objectives To assist in the completion of a range of valuation assignments. Assist senior members of the team as delegated. Duties and responsibilities Inspections · Inspects properties together with a qualified valuer when required · Assist with measuring, site notes and photographs Preparing/research for valuation reports · Set up the template for the report · Enter key tenancy and factual information into the valuation model · Insert market evidence · Reviewing lease information · Go over initial details with the qualified valuer to finalise report · Assist qualified valuers to achieve client deadlines and objectives · Develop competence and market knowledge Other · Building professional networks across agents and other valuers · Comply with CPD requirements · Engage with JLL events and training · Compete other duties as directed Key Skills · High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work · Confident user of Word and Excel · Able to pick up and learn JLL internal systems and processes · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Confident and tact in dealing with a variety of individuals from senior JLL staff to clients Employee specification · Appropriate tertiary degree · Personable and collegial personality · Proactive and efficient approach to work · Assist and support colleagues Location: On-site –Sydney, NSW Job Tags: Business Valuations, Real Estate Appraisals If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
