Lead Process Engineering for Advanced Energy Solutions Are you ready for the next step in your career? Your responsibilities Lead process design and application engineering activities for power boilers (CFB, BFB) and gasifiers. Perform process and design calculations for power boiler systems. Prepare technical specifications, deviations, and clarifications for proposal documents to support sales activities. Develop technical specifications for auxiliary equipment and conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE) for supplier offers. Create and maintain P&IDs, perform pipe sizing, pump capacity calculations, and define valve and safety valve specifications. Prepare and maintain pipeline lists, valve lists, and equipment lists. Provide engineering inputs for instrumentation and control valves/dampers. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to conduct HAZOP studies. Partner with suppliers to support product localization activities and evaluate technical solutions. Support customers, erection teams, and commissioning teams by resolving technical queries and troubleshooting issues. Expectations from you B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from a reputed university. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering. Strong knowledge of process design for steam boilers and auxiliary systems. Solid understanding of heat transfer, heat and mass balance, and chemical stoichiometric calculations. Working knowledge of ASME and EN standards related to piping, pressure vessels, and process engineering requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage. Knowledge of COMOS is an advantage. You have business-fluent English proficiency. You are willing to travel to customer sites and technology units as required.
