Based in Wuxi in 2026 and supporting the transition to Zibo from 2027, you will play a key role in building a proactive safety culture across our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with site teams, management, and employees to identify risks, implement improvements, and strengthen behavioral safety practices. Job Responsibility: · You will conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazardous conditions, unsafe equipment, and risky work practices before they result in incidents. · You will analyze findings, prepare reports, and recommend practical improvements to policies, procedures, and working methods. · You will train, coach, and motivate employees to strengthen safety awareness and compliance with preventive measures. · You will monitor internal and external HSE requirements and support timely implementation across the organization. · You will collaborate with site management and operational teams to promote a proactive and behavior-based safety culture. Job Requirement: · You have experience in occupational health, safety, or a related HSE field within an industrial or manufacturing environment. · You are capable of conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety improvement activities. · You have certification for internal auditing at minimum. · You can work independently while building strong relationships with employees and managers. · You have working proficiency in English and are comfortable communicating in an international environment.
