The Analyst Sales Support plays a vital role in empowering our internal sales team and field partners to drive business growth. This role combines business support and operational execution to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and internal partners. This role provides case-level support, plan client, plan, and account onboarding, and reporting, and will collaborate cross-functionally to support assigned products and solutions. What you will do Serve as sales support for internal sales representatives, offering tactical support throughout the sales process. Provide day-to-day case-level service, including pricing and quote support, opportunity tracking using Salesforce, and sales prospecting report creation. Coordinate client, plan, and account onboarding and ensure documentation is complete and compliant. Partner closely with underwriting, implementation, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client and sales needs. Complete case assignments through processing proposals and paperwork, ensuring excellence in data management and communicating between internal departments using Salesforce and other applicable systems, and ownership of tasks. Produce pricing and product, plan, or account research to support sales opportunities. Partner with sales teams to initiate and complete applicable new client, plan, or account application and onboarding processes. Communicate directly with sales and internal partners to review and collect required documentation, ensuring information is complete and ready for implementation or onboarding. Facilitate communication between Implementation, Sales, and other internal partners to address any questions/changes to ensure new plans business is moving through the implementation process efficiently. Completion of Salesforce documentation with minimal errors. Partner with Sales to coordinate and obtain required documentation and electronic signatures to support completion of the sale. Participate in special projects related to internal sales campaigns. Develop and maintain working knowledge of assigned products, services, sales processes, pricing practices, and onboarding requirements. What you will bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales support, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a sales support, client service, or operations capacity—preferably in financial services, retirement, employee benefits, Consumer Driven Healthcare, or a related field. Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus). Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn and support multiple products, systems, processes, and operational requirements.
