Comfort and positive energy in a fast-paced, global environment, with the ability to stay effective, organized, and resilient as priorities shift. Sound judgment in ambiguous situations, including the ability to work with incomplete information, evaluate trade-offs, and move topics forward responsibly. Strong commercial mindset and negotiation presence, with the confidence to influence discussions, balance customer and business needs, and seek outcomes that create sustainable value. Relationship-building capability across internal and external audiences, grounded in credibility, trust, active listening, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. They are comfortable balancing customer needs with PTC’s long-term business interests, spotting churn risk or downgrade signals early, and turning data, business context, and stakeholder input into practical recommendations. Just as importantly, this person builds trust. They communicate clearly in English, simplify complex topics, and create momentum across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, partners, and customers.
