Required Education & Experience ● Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Computer Science, Math, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. ● 9-12 years of experience in analytics, with significant project ownership. ● 4–6 years hands-on building and optimizing dashboards/analytic solutions. ● 1+ year informally mentoring analysts. Job Functions ● Architect and own end-to-end delivery of complex analytic solutions and semantic-layer views spanning multiple domains. ● Lead design reviews for dashboards/analytics; mentor junior/mid analysts on best practices, including safe use of AI copilots. ● Contribute to and help enforce data-validation and QA standards for the team. ● Own validation processes for AI-generated insights/narratives before they reach stakeholders. ● Partner directly with senior business/clinical stakeholders to translate ambiguous needs into technical designs. ● Build and support natural-language query interfaces on the semantic layer for broader self-service use. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The compensation range for this position ranges from $132,149.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to 193,856.30 USD/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
