SUMMARY The Legal Administration Specialist II performs a variety of law-related and administrative activities supporting Rackspace Technology's Legal Support Function, including workflow administration, contract support, document preparation, and legal research. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct initial intake, triage, and management of standard legal workflows and requests. Support attorneys with contract administration, document editing, formatting, and analysis. Perform standard legal and factual research and compile clear, evidence-based reports. Develop, manage, and deliver standard legal resources, guidelines, and training materials. Interact directly with internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and standards. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or regional equivalent required; formal legal administration/paralegal training preferred. Proven experience in legal administration, contract processing, legal research, or related administrative support. Strong project management, organizational, and task-prioritization skills. Solid understanding of business operations, basic risk analysis, and regulatory requirements. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with moderate supervision.
