- Influence leaders and teams by building deep, trusting relationships with clients
- Develop expertise in your clients’ business and needs, as well as Gallup’s offerings and services
- Create and implement complex project plans
- Provide compelling, innovative and strategic insights and recommendations for maximum organizational performance
- Turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders
- Learn how to design lasting solutions that foster growth and impact

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in paid professional work in any of the following areas required: complex project management, client management, management consulting, human capital consulting, related consultative business development
- Ability to start in March 2027 - apply early for priority consideration
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Sydney office at least three days per week required
- Eligibility to work in Australia required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
