Starting pay within the applicable range depends on relevant experience, demonstrated troubleshooting ability and qualifications. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

What you need
- At least five years of hands-on commercial lighting maintenance, lighting service or closely related electrical and sign-service experience.
- Strong working knowledge of LED lighting and the ability to diagnose driver, fixture, control, wiring and supply-power problems.
- Previous bucket-truck experience and the ability to work safely at heights up to 50 feet.
- Experience troubleshooting lighting circuits, including underground circuits, and using electrical meters, circuit tracers and fault-locating equipment.

- Reliable attendance, clear customer communication and the ability to complete accurate electronic work orders.
- Ability to perform the essential field duties, including outdoor work and use of ladders and aerial equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Neon sign service experience is strongly preferred. Experience with legacy fluorescent and HID lighting, lighting retrofits, photocells, timers and contactors is also valuable.
