Ready to help shape the next chapter of commercial and industrial energy storage in Romania? As our Sales Manager C&I ESS - Romania, you will play a key role in growing our C&I energy storage business, building strong customer relationships and turning market opportunities into sustainable partnerships.

- Drive sales and business development activities for our C&I Energy Storage System portfolio across the Romanian market.
- Develop a strong pipeline by identifying, engaging and converting C&I customers, installers, EPCs, distributors and other relevant market partners.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers while understanding their commercial and technical requirements and translating them into suitable ESS solutions.
- Own the sales process from opportunity identification and solution positioning through commercial negotiations, forecasting and successful deal closure.
- Work closely with technical, product, service and marketing colleagues to deliver competitive customer solutions and support successful market development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, regulations and evolving customer needs to help shape our commercial strategy for C&I storage in Romania.
Your profile
All right, that sounds exciting, doesn’t it? To thrive in this role and enjoy the journey with us for the long run, your background should look something like this:
- You bring solid B2B sales or business development experience in renewable energy, energy storage, solar PV, electrical equipment or another closely related energy technology field.
- You understand the Romanian energy market and are comfortable building relationships with C&I customers and professional partners across the renewable energy ecosystem.
- Experience with ESS or BESS solutions is highly valuable, while a strong commercial background in solar PV, inverters or adjacent technologies can also provide an excellent foundation.
- You combine commercial drive with enough technical curiosity to understand customer applications, identify business value and collaborate effectively with technical specialists.
- You are comfortable managing a sales pipeline independently, travelling within Romania when needed and working within an international, cross-functional environment.
- Romanian C1 and English B2 or higher are required; additional European languages are a plus.
