Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As Senior Revenue Planning Specialist, you will help the business forecast with confidence and make informed commercial decisions. The Director of Revenue Operations owns the forecast call. You will own the analysis and models underpinning our revenue plan, including forecasting, budgeting, sales compensation, quota, territory and capacity planning. You will:

  • Own the revenue forecasting process, maintaining the forecast pack and underlying pipeline data to ensure timely, accurate reporting and actionable recommendations
  • Support revenue budgeting and annual planning, translating business targets into bookings, pipeline and capacity requirements by market and segment
  • Build and maintain revenue planning models covering forecasting, quotas, territories, sales capacity and sales compensation, ensuring reliable projections, full quota allocation, 3x pipeline coverage at plan sign-off and accurate commission calculations
  • Define, track and report key revenue metrics, including CAC, NRR, GRR, LTV, win rates, sales cycle length, pipeline coverage and conversion across sellers, segments and markets
  • Analyze pricing, discounting, deal margins, win/loss performance, ICP and customer segmentation, translating findings into recommendations that inform commercial and go-to-market decisions
  • Maintain pipeline data integrity and BAU revenue reporting, challenging forecast assumptions and sales investment decisions through robust analysis and evidence-based recommendations

What You'll Offer

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations within a B2B environment
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with hands-on experience building and maintaining revenue forecasting, budgeting, quota, territory, capacity or sales compensation models
  • Practical experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker to analyze commercial performance and communicate insights
  • Strong understanding of CRM pipeline data, including opportunity structures, data hygiene, forecasting and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of recurring-revenue metrics, including CAC, NRR, GRR and LTV, and how they influence revenue planning and forecasting
  • Experience producing forecast and pipeline reports for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities and confidence in challenging stakeholders on data quality, forecast assumptions and commercial decisions
  • Advanced English proficiency

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in pricing, deal desk, discounting or margin analysis
  • Experience in EdTech or subscription services sales cycles
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience conducting win/loss, ICP or segmentation analysis to inform pricing or go-to-market decisions
