Case Management & Advisory: Provide expert, pragmatic guidance to people managers and PS Leads on complex employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, capability/performance management, and sickness absence. Performance Management Governance: Support the integration of talent and performance management governance into teammate relations, coaching managers on constructive performance improvement plans (PIPs). Workplace Investigations & Training: Conduct or oversee workplace investigations; design and deliver training for managers on fair investigation procedures, conflict resolution, and disciplinary best practices. ER Administration & Tracking: Manage ER casework tracking, documentation, and reporting to identify systemic trends, operational risks, and areas for proactive policy intervention.
