JOB TITLE: Customer Marketing – Home Cleaning Location: South Africa, Midrand OVERVIEW: About the role: Work with Cluster Customer Marketing Manager and Cluster Member CM support to execute customer programs in local market. Coordinate with local sales team to identify customer priorities and insights. Leads the administrative and operational management of the Customer Marketing Team. Responsibilities: Ensure Trade Bundles developed for assigned Category are appropriately adopted/adapted by the Cluster, and implementation plans are prioritized, resources fairly and optimally allocated, and implementation monitored Partner with Marketing and Sales in timely execution of Category specific Global driven commercialization and Base/Expand initiatives. Assist the Cluster Customer Marketing Manager in selecting and prioritizing customer marketing initiatives to be deployed within the Cluster Drive execution of focused and synchronized trade and shopper activities (i.e. FOCO) Provide Category Management support, tools and tactics and ensure all distribution and display initiatives are executed properly and in a timely manner.
