Job Family: Patient Account Representative Travel Required: None Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: A Team Lead is responsible for guiding, supervising, and supporting a team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and organizational goals are achieved. The Team Lead provides direction, monitors performance, resolves issues, motivates team members, and ensures that work is completed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate team members. Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow. Ensure team goals, deadlines, and performance targets are met. Train, coach, and support employees. Monitor attendance, productivity, and work quality. Communicate company policies, updates, and expectations. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts. Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Provide feedback and performance updates to management. Maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment What You Will Need: High School Diploma or equivalent 8+ years experience in customer service, healthcare or financial service Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to motivate and develop team members. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good conflict-resolution and customer-service skills.
