Facilities assistants handle building repairs (or retain a contractor to do the work) and oversee both janitorial and lawn maintenance services. Assists in maintaining the appearance and operability of the building or facility. Assignments include performing a wide variety of trade tasks, including but not limited to, electrical work, light plumbing, repair and maintenance of physical elements, and custodial tasks.
