Work Flexibility: Onsite Como Técnico/a de Calibración, apoyarás la calibración, prueba, configuración y reparación de controles, instrumentos y medidores, siguiendo procedimientos y lineamientos claramente definidos. ¿Qué harás? Realizarás pruebas de calibración en controles, instrumentos y medidores de diferentes tipos. Configurarás instrumentos y equipos de medición de acuerdo con procedimientos técnicos establecidos. Apoyarás la reparación de instrumentos y medidores utilizados para evaluar variables como temperatura, luz, voltaje, amperaje, peso, vacío, resistencia magnética y otras mediciones. Desmontarás instrumentos cuando sea necesario para inspeccionar sus componentes e identificar posibles problemas. Examinarás componentes y equipos para detectar condiciones que puedan afectar su funcionamiento o medición. Ejecutarás actividades técnicas siguiendo procedimientos, rutinas de trabajo y criterios de decisión claramente definidos. Aplicarás conocimientos técnicos de calibración en las actividades asignadas bajo supervisión directa. Trabajarás de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos para garantizar una ejecución consistente de las tareas de calibración. ¿Qué necesitas? Requerido: Educación mínima: secundaria completa Experiencia mínima de 2 años en calibración u otras actividades técnicas relacionadas con controles, instrumentos o equipos de medición. Conocimientos técnicos adquiridos mediante experiencia, educación especializada o capacitación relacionada con la disciplina. Deseable: Conocimiento básico de inglés verbal y escrito. Experiencia trabajando bajo estándares regulatorios y sistemas de gestión de calidad en entornos de manufactura. Conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint). These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
