As an Accounts Assistant based in Ripon you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities for the property function, ensuring accurate financial administration and record-keeping. Managing the property inbox, responding to queries and coordinating property-related financial transactions. Maintaining accurate lease information within internal databases and ensuring rent payments are processed correctly and on time. Allocating property costs and charges to branches through journal postings, ensuring accurate cost distribution and reporting. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00pm – 5.00pm. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Experience using databases and systems to accurately record, maintain, and manage information. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and manage data effectively. Motivated to develop professionally, with a willingness to study towards qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, or CIMA; experience working with leases would be advantageous.
