As a Branch Manager based in Tower Hamletts, you’ll be responsible for: Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets Focusing on sales and growth and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch Take a hands-on approach to branch management, supporting all areas of the business and leading by example to ensure operational excellence.
