Gérer la documentation commerciale et administrative, organiser les dossiers, mettre à jour les bases de données clients et produire des rapports réguliers. Apporter un soutien efficace à l'équipe de vente, en répondant aux demandes des clients. Gestion des factures et des pré factures en relation avec l'équipe finance. Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de vente en identifiant les possibilités d'optimisation et en proposant des solutions pour accroître l'efficacité et la satisfaction des clients. Faire l'interface avec les autres services internes (ADV, Marketing, Comptabilité etc.) Gestion des salons Suivi du report budget du Pôle - Your Profile: Vous êtes de formation Bac+2/3 BTS assistant PME-PMI ou assistant manager Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2/3 ans en assistanat commercial. Vous êtes très intéressé par notre secteur d’activités. Vous maitrisez les logiciels Excel , Outlook 365. La connaissance de SAP serait un plus Organisé(e), rigoureux au autonome, vous faites preuve d’un excellent relationnel et d’un vrai esprit d’équipe Votre capacité d’analyse et de synthèse vous permettent de comprendre les enjeux business.
