ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Multi-Utility to lead the strategic direction and growth of our UK Multi-Utility sector. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving demand across Asset Owners, Contractors, Installers, and key distribution partners while strengthening Aliaxis' position within the UK water and gas infrastructure market. Leading a regional sales team and working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will develop and execute growth strategies, build influential customer relationships, and deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth across the sector. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and deliver a sector strategy aligned to Aliaxis' long-term growth ambitions within the UK Multi-Utility market. Lead strategic relationships with UK Multi-Utility Asset Owners, key contractors, installers, and major distribution partners, including Wolseley Infrastructure, Fusion, and Burdens. Create and implement structured account management plans that drive growth, customer retention, and market share gains. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through regular engagement, performance management, and customer visits. Take ownership of regional sales targets, forecasts, profitability, and commercial performance. Negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence customer procurement strategies to increase adoption of Aliaxis solutions. Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to improve project conversion and customer satisfaction. Manage project pipeline reporting, CRM accuracy, and performance tracking against business objectives. Act as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal Aliaxis stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery. ABOUT YOU Must-Haves Proven success within the Utility, Infrastructure, Water, Gas, or Multi-Utility sectors. Strong understanding of UK Multi-Utility markets, including Asset Owners, IDNO/UIP organisations, contractors, and distribution channels. Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans that deliver sustainable growth and increased market share. Strong key account management and business development experience with major customers and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders. Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking ability. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics CRM. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationally. Nice-to-Haves Strong technical knowledge of PE pipe systems for water and gas applications. Existing relationships with key stakeholders across the UK Multi-Utility, Water, and Gas sectors. Experience working with major infrastructure distributors and utility contractors.
