Must learn and maintain specific hardware/software knowledge. Knowledge of the configuration and maintenance of personal computers and related operating systems and applications. Ability to work with multiple departments and facilities in providing necessary support and installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software standards. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and communicate. Must be knowledgeable in the latest mobile and end-user computing technologies. Assist in training and educating customers. Build lasting relationships with customers, and understand their situations, needs, work styles, challenges and satisfiers. Must have a motivation to learn, an aptitude for acquiring new skills, & be personally accountable.
