Scope: Support customer and trading partner onboarding for supply chain and transportation solutions, coordinating onboarding activities from initiation through completion. This role works directly with customers and global cross-functional teams to manage onboarding plans, integration coordination, communications, risks, and overall delivery. What you’ll do: Work within the IST time zone and willing to work overnight shifts aligned to U.S. business hours to support Independently deliver complex onboarding projects against milestones and timelines. Drive customers, suppliers/carriers, and cross-functional teams toward delivery. Anticipate and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. Lead customer communication and provide clear project direction. Improve onboarding processes and share expertise across the team Provide support through email, phone, and virtual meetings during business hours. Escalate risks, issues, and project concerns through established processes to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to support successful project delivery. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of onboarding processes, tools, and customer-facing resources. What we are looking for: 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Transportation Management, with direct engagement with suppliers/carriers a must. At least 5 years of project or implementation experience, preferably in 3PL, 4PL, or SaaS cloud software. High level understanding of SAP IDocs (EDI/API) integration is a must. Understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals and terminology. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in additional required languages). Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, functional, and partner teams. Self-motivated with strong initiative and follow through Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and open to learning new software.
