THE COMPANY: STACK INFRASTRUCTURE (STACK) provides digital infrastructure to scale the world’s most innovative companies. We are an award-winning industry leader in building, owning, and operating highly efficient, cost-effective wholesale, colocation, and cloud data centers. Each of our national facilities meets or exceeds the highest industry standards in all operational categories of availability, security, connectivity, and physical resilience. STACK offers the scale and geographic reach that rapidly growing hyperscale and enterprise companies need. The world runs on data. Data runs on STACK. THE POSITION: STACK is looking for an early-career Supply Chain Coordinator – Materials & Sourcing to support the day-to-day control and movement of critical equipment across our data center portfolio. Working within the Sourcing team, this role will focus primarily on material management including storage reporting, inventory accuracy, audits, shipment readiness, delivery tracking, and purchase-order coordination while building practical experience in sourcing and supplier management. The analyst will help connect purchase orders, logistics, documentation, supplier commitments, and site needs so equipment is visible, ready, and available when required. This role will also support competitive sourcing events, bid analysis, supplier reviews, and award recommendations under the guidance of experienced team members. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, curious, comfortable following details across multiple systems, and motivated to improve repeatable processes. Success requires clear communication and close collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering, Construction, Site Operations, Finance, suppliers, logistics providers, and other partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain accurate inventory and storage records for owner-furnished equipment across multiple sites and storage locations. Reconcile purchase orders, inventory reports, shipment status, receiving records, and ERP data; identify gaps and follow through to resolution. Support cycle counts, inventory audits, storage inspections, and invoice validation to confirm material quantity, condition, location, ownership, and readiness while identifying discrepancies for resolution. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, construction teams, and site operations to track deliveries, resolve exceptions, and support commissioning schedules. Prepare clear dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports that provide early visibility to lead-time, delivery, inventory, and storage risks. Support supplier business reviews by compiling performance data, documenting actions, and monitoring follow-through. Assist with sourcing events from request development through award, including bid packages, supplier communications, proposal analysis, commercial comparisons, and recommendation materials. Support purchase order creation, change management, documentation, and closeout in accordance with established controls. Help develop and maintain standard work, playbooks, templates, and data-quality checks that reduce manual effort and improve handoffs. Learn key mechanical and electrical equipment categories, supplier capabilities, and project requirements to support the broader team in sourcing efforts, when necessary. Location: Denver, CO preferred or 100% remote. Travel: up to 10% Must be eligible to work in the United States Must pass comprehensive background screening MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, logistics, procurement, construction operations, or a related internship or co-op environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize, reconcile, and communicate information from multiple sources. Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheets, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; willingness to build stronger analytical and reporting skills. Ability to communicate professionally with internal partners, suppliers, and logistics providers and to escalate risks clearly. Comfort working in systems and learning ERP, procurement, inventory, and business-intelligence tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow established controls in a fast-paced environment. Interest in data center infrastructure, construction supply chains, material flow, and strategic sourcing. THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF: You enjoy bringing order to complex, fast-moving information and take pride in accurate work. You are comfortable asking questions, learning from experienced teammates, and taking on greater ownership as your judgment develops. You communicate clearly, document decisions and actions, and follow through on commitments. You can move between detailed tasks and the broader project schedule without losing sight of either. You remain composed when priorities shift and know when to escalate a risk or ask for help. You use data to investigate problems, identify patterns, and recommend practical next steps. You are collaborative, humble, dependable, and willing to support the team wherever the work is most important. You look for repeatable improvements that increase visibility, readiness, and team capacity without weakening controls. Compensation Range: $76,320.00 - $83,740.00 THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF: You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.
