In this role, you will collaborate with international teams across R&D, Operations, Product Management, and other functions to shape program strategies, drive execution, and ensure successful product launches. Drive continuous improvement by strengthening program management practices, optimizing processes, and promoting operational excellence. What Will You Bring? Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree, MBA, PhD, PMP certification, or advanced leadership training is an advantage. At least 10 years of experience in life sciences or medical devices and 8+ years in technical program management. Experience with genetic analysis technologies and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) is an advantage. Strong technical, product development, and business expertise, with the ability to connect strategic objectives to successful execution. Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary programs, influence decisions, and drive results without direct authority. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels. Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and confidence in navigating complex decisions. Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to continuous professional development. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
