Internship Description Assist with department specific day-to-day operations. Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback. Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation. Provide front-line IT support at the corporate Tech Bar, serving as a primary point of contact for end users. Assist with PC refreshes, device deployments, and hardware/software setup activities. Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the face of the IT organization. Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues for employees in a walk-up support environment. Shadow experienced team members before independently supporting end-user requests.
