Hyperbound

San Francisco

Field Marketer.

FULL TIMEDATA & ML$80K–120K/YR

About Hyperbound

Sales runs on conversations. Hyperbound helps sales teams turn those conversations into better performance, stronger decisions, and action that moves deals forward.

We’re building the Revenue Activation Platform, connecting sales practice, coaching, and execution. Since coming out of YC S23, we’ve expanded from AI sales roleplay into technology that understands sales conversations, coaches reps in real time, and helps teams act on what they learn.

Companies including LinkedIn, Amazon, Intel, Notion, and Vanta trust Hyperbound. We raised a $15M Series A in October 2025, and we’re building the team to take our next big swings.

The team you'll build with

We’re a team of builders and operators who take ownership and work closely together. We value people who bring ideas, ask good questions, and care enough about the outcome to get into the details.

You’ll work alongside our Field Marketing Manager and partner with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to shape how Hyperbound shows up in person. You’ll have room to develop concepts and own execution, with teammates who share context, give direct feedback, and jump in when it’s time to make something happen.

We move quickly, learn from what happens, and adjust. When something goes wrong, we take responsibility and solve it together.

About the role

We’re hiring a Field Marketer to help create and execute Hyperbound’s events calendar, from conferences and trade shows to dinners, partner events, and hosted activations.

One week, you might be bringing a booth activation to life at a conference with 1,000+ attendees. The next, you’re producing a dinner for 10 sales leaders or figuring out how to build a pop-up café at Dreamforce.

You’ll help shape the ideas and own the work that makes them real: venues, vendors, partners, budgets, timelines, and logistics. Working alongside our Field Marketing Manager, you’ll create experiences that break through the noise, build relationships, and contribute to pipeline.

This role calls for creative judgment, strong project management, and a willingness to move between the big picture and the smallest details.

What we need from you

  • Events experience: You’ve delivered events, experiential marketing programs, or community experiences. You can walk us through what you owned, how you made it happen, and what you learned.

  • Strong project management: You can manage multiple events at once, keep budgets and timelines on track, and coordinate venues, vendors, partners, and internal teams. You anticipate dependencies and surface problems early.

  • Creative judgment: You bring original ideas and know how to make them work for the audience, budget, and setting. You care about creating something people want to participate in and remember.

  • Commercial mindset: You understand how events build brand awareness, strengthen relationships, and support pipeline. You work with Sales on the right audiences, target accounts, outreach, meeting goals, and follow-up.

  • High agency: You find gaps, bring recommendations, and move work forward. You’re resourceful when the answer isn’t obvious and comfortable turning an open-ended idea into a clear plan.

  • Hands-on execution: You’re willing to negotiate with a venue, coordinate shipments, check registration, brief the team, and help set up on-site. You take responsibility for delivering the experience.

  • An instinct for improvement: You use attendee feedback, sales conversations, event costs, and pipeline results to understand what’s working. You recommend what to repeat, improve, or stop.

Highly preferred

  • B2B experience: Experience creating events for business audiences, particularly sales leaders, revenue teams, or enterprise buyers.

  • Range across formats: You’ve worked on both larger conferences or activations and smaller, curated gatherings where the guest list and personal details matter.

  • Startup experience: You’re comfortable with changing priorities, limited resources, and building processes as you go.

  • Partner and vendor relationships: You’ve developed productive relationships with venues, agencies, vendors, or event partners and know how to get great work from them.

What your regular Thursday looks like:

  • Review the upcoming events calendar with our Field Marketing Manager. Work through priorities, budgets, and deadlines, and bring a recommendation for a new activation or dinner series.

  • Develop a conference booth concept, compare production quotes, and work with a vendor to make the experience fit the space and budget.

  • Walk through a dinner guest list with Sales, check invitation progress, and confirm the venue, menu, seating, and plan for follow-up.

  • Build the production timeline for a Dreamforce pop-up café, coordinating the venue, partners, signage, staffing, and the details that make it feel like Hyperbound.

  • Review results from a recent event. Gather feedback from attendees and Sales, look at meetings and opportunities, and identify what to change for the next one.

What this role is not

  • A strategy-only position. You’ll help develop the concept and do the practical work to bring it to life.

  • A role where every task comes with instructions. You’ll have support and context, and we’ll expect you to bring ideas, make recommendations, and take initiative.

  • A role measured only by attendance. We care about who’s in the room, the experience they have, the relationships we build, and what happens afterward.

Interview Plan

  • Intro call with our recruiting team (30 minutes)

  • Conversation with our Field Marketing Manager (45 minutes)

  • Take-home exercise: develop an event concept and execution plan (1–2 hours)

  • Exercise review with the Marketing team (45 minutes)

  • Final conversation with founders and leadership (60 minutes)

We’ll share the process and timeline up front and keep you informed at each stage.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $80,000-$120,000 base salary

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Commuter benefits

  • Lunch and dinner in the office

  • 401(k) and HSA options

  • Expected travel frequency and event-related evening or weekend commitments
