We are looking for an Investment Manager to help build Learn Corp's in-house investment and M&A capabilities as we expand into new industries and evolve toward a PE-like holding company. This role will work directly with the CSO to source, evaluate, structure, and execute investments and acquisitions. The ideal candidate has a strong Investment Banking, Private Equity, or M&A background and is interested in moving from an advisory role to a principal investment role, with greater ownership of investment decisions and long-term portfolio value creation.

What You’ll Drive
1. Deal Sourcing & Investment Opportunities
- Identify and screen potential acquisition and investment targets across multiple industries.
- Build relationships with founders, business owners, financial advisors, and intermediaries.
- Develop and maintain an active investment pipeline.
- Work with the Strategy team to evaluate opportunities aligned with Learn Corp's investment thesis.
2. Financial Analysis & Valuation
- Build detailed financial models, valuations, and investment return scenarios.
- Analyze business performance, financial statements, cash flow, and growth potential.
- Assess transaction structures, investment risks, and potential returns.
- Prepare investment presentations and recommendations for the CSO and Investment Committee.
3. M&A Execution
- Manage the investment process from initial screening through closing.
- Coordinate financial, legal, tax, commercial, and operational due diligence.
- Support transaction structuring, negotiation, and deal documentation.
- Work with external advisors and internal stakeholders to execute transactions.
4. Portfolio Investment & Value Creation
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio investments.
- Evaluate follow-on investments and capital allocation opportunities.
- Support post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives.
- Assess potential exit options and long-term investment returns.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Development.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
- Hands-on experience in M&A transactions and due diligence.
- Good understanding of deal structuring and transaction processes.
- Ability to independently manage multiple investment opportunities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
