Job Summary We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in frontend and backend development, API integration, cloud-native technologies, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering principles. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application development, system analysis, and/or database management. Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or bachelor’s in computer applications (BCA). Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop scalable frontend applications with responsive user interfaces. Build robust backend services, APIs, and integrations. Design and implement database schemas, queries, and performance optimizations. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployment automation. Develop automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability. Monitor application performance and support observability initiatives. Apply secure coding practices and adhere to enterprise security standards. Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system design decisions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
