Job Description What is the opportunity? As an integral part of the Family Office Service (FOS) team, the Financial Planning Analyst prepares comprehensive financial plans. The Financial Planning Analyst works in partnership with the Financial Planning Specialists to achieve this goal. This is a Retirement & Wealth Planning role where the focus is on providing tax, retirement, and estate planning strategies using our proprietary personal financial planning set of tools. What will you do? Prepare comprehensive personal financial plans for high net-worth clients Recommend advice and opportunities to enhance client’s financial situation Maintain a high level of collaboration and knowledge with partners Stay current with financial planning standards and practices Contribute ideas and participate in development projects to enhance our services Provide ongoing coaching and training to other professionals in Family Office Services What do you need to succeed? Must haves: Undergraduate diploma in a related field, preferably Finance or Wealth Management CFP or Financial planning designation 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably in Wealth Management Financial planning knowledge Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Conquest financial planning application Natural curiosity towards learning and broadening the personal knowledge base Bilingualism (English and French) both oral and written What’s in it for you? The expected salary range for the above position is $55,000 - 90,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
