Autobody Paint/Prep Technician – Universal Collision Centre (Regina) Universal Collision Centre in Regina is searching for an experienced, high output Autobody Paint & Prep Technician to join our high volume production team! If you are a hardworking, dedicated painter/prepper who can consistently produce high quality work in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Refinish vehicle surfaces to pre accident condition with precision and high finish quality. Complete surface preparation tasks including sanding, masking, and applying primers or sealers. Fill out quality control documentation and log in progress repair photos accurately. Collaborate closely with the body repair department to maintain a smooth shop workflow. Disassemble and reassemble exterior vehicle components as required for paint prep. Follow all workplace safety protocols and proper ventilation standards continuously. Requirements Three to five years of proven experience in an auto body paint and refinish environment. Refinish Technician Red Seal License or equivalent trade certification. iCar certifications would be an asset Proven expertise in automotive body prep, paint mixing, and refinishing techniques. Work independently and collaboratively within a high volume team setting. Possess strong problem solving capabilities and high attention to detail. Valid driver's license.
