Efficiency Engineering: Design and deploy technical solutions specifically intended to drive measurable cost savings and mitigate operational risks. Insight Delivery: Perform deep-dive analysis of trends to identify and illustrate emerging issues, providing management with clear direction and data-backed explanations. OPERATIONAL EXECUTION & TECHNICAL INTEGRITY Performance Tracking: Implement processes and reporting to track work items, volume, and turnaround time, ensuring accurate capture of required operational data. Reporting Administration: Oversee the lifecycle of departmental reporting, including KPIs, management dashboards, and both scheduled and ad-hoc requirements. Sustainable Automation: Deliver innovative alternatives to manual processes by continuously educating the team on current applications and automated technology. COMPLIANCE, GOVERNANCE & SOLUTION INTEGRITY Financial Controls and Compliance: Maintain rigorous standards for data integrity, ensuring all automated reports and workflows are fully compliant with regulatory and internal audit standards. Technical Integrity: Oversee report administration and version control to ensure the longevity and reliability of deployed solutions.
