Qual será o seu papel? 😉 • Atuar em clientes líderes de mercado, apoiando o time em rotinas técnicas e operacionais. • Apoiar iniciativas conjuntas com parceiros tecnológicos, incluindo demonstrações, provas de conceito e capacitações. • Estimular a adoção de rotinas e ferramentas de IA no dia a dia das equipes, apoiando treinamentos e acompanhando o uso. • Aplicar e disseminar os padrões técnicos e de qualidade definidos pela área. • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor ações para fortalecer a qualidade das entregas. • Documentar processos, boas práticas e lições aprendidas. • Apoiar a geração de indicadores de qualidade e engajamento. Esperamos que você tenha: 😊 • Formação em andamento ou concluída em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Automação ou áreas correlatas. • Conhecimento básico em programação (preferencialmente Python). • Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA generativa (Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot ou similares) aplicadas ao trabalho. • Pacote Office intermediário, com destaque para Excel. • Boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com clientes, parceiros e equipes técnicas. • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente nos clientes, conforme demanda.
