Where You’ll Make a Difference Compound seasonings according to approved formulas. Prepare and weigh raw materials accurately. Apply seasonings on customer bases per requirements. Support basic application trials and evaluations. Prepare and pack seasoning prototypes or samples. Label all samples clearly and correctly. Maintain basic compounding and sample records. Follow lab safety, hygiene, and SOP requirements. What Makes You the Right Fit Possess good hands‑on skills and be able to operate basic laboratory instruments and equipment after proper training. Preferably major in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related discipline. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit, with the ability to work closely with application specialists and other laboratory staff. Be available to work three days per week for a minimum duration of four months. Show strong attention to detail and the ability to follow laboratory procedures and instructions accurately. Maintain good communication skills and uphold safety and compliance requirements in daily work. How Would You Stand Out? Prior experience with similar products is preferred.
