O que você vai fazer: Criar conceitos, campanhas e ideias integradas para o Brasil e outros mercados da América Latina. Interpretar briefings, participar de brainstorms e transformar ideias em soluções visuais criativas. Desenvolver e desdobrar a direção de arte das campanhas, do conceito à execução, em diferentes canais e formatos. Acompanhar produções, garantindo a consistência do look & feel e a qualidade visual das entregas. Trabalhar em parceria com equipes multidisciplinares e lideranças criativas para elevar o craft da agência. Participar de pitches, projetos de new business e apresentações para clientes. Colaborar com equipes regionais e globais no desenvolvimento de campanhas e projetos integrados. O que buscamos: Experiência sólida em Direção de Arte, Design ou áreas criativas, com foco em campanhas integradas. Portfólio consistente, que demonstre pensamento criativo, excelência visual e capacidade de execução. Domínio de Photoshop, Illustrator e outras ferramentas de design. Conhecimento em After Effects, Figma, motion ou ilustração será um diferencial. Bom repertório de design, digital, social, cultura e tendências criativas. Perfil hands-on, com autonomia para conduzir projetos e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe. Experiência com acompanhamento de produções e atenção aos detalhes e à qualidade visual. Segurança para apresentar e defender ideias criativas para equipes e clientes. Inglês avançado, com boa comunicação em reuniões regionais e globais. Espanhol será um diferencial.
